MC La Selezione opened in January 2024, in the heart of the historic centre of Palazzolo Acreide.
Behind it is Maurizio Cappellani, the host everyone would love to have: generous, warm-hearted, able to make anyone feel at ease.
Wine has always been his passion, and the wine bar is his way of sharing it: a selection of local wineries, told at the table the way you would with friends.
At MC La Selezione you sit down for a glass and stay for the evening.
Maurizio suggests the right wine, and the kitchen pairs it with simple dishes made with Sicilian produce and ingredients from Palazzolo.
The place is small and gentle, with outdoor tables on the Corso and a private room for those looking for a more intimate moment.
